How quickly can I get my house sold?
We aim to have completion within 4 weeks generally, a time that suits you. Agreed funds will be transferred to your elected bank account.
Do you charge for valuations and are there any fees?
There are no additional fees everything will be agreed up front and we will cover the legal fees and valuation costs.
When will I have to move house?
Moving house will be a time agreed with you to suit your circumstances.
My house needs a refurbishment and is in poor condition?
We aim to buy any house, regardless of condition. Our offer will reflect the value of your house based on its condition, and market conditions. If we believe we cannot help you, we will recommend someone who may be able to help.
Do I need a solicitor?
A solicitor will be required to process the legal requirements for the sale of your house. We will provide one free of charge to work with our solicitor to have a hassle-free quick service. Should you wish to use your own solicitor you will be responsible for their charges, and it may delay the paperwork process.
